The residence is tucked away in a secluded cove on Playa Las Ballenas, one of the finest beaches of Dominican Republic, just minutes away from fishing village of Las Terrenas.

The nearest airports are:

✓ ‘Las Americas’ (SDQ) Santo Domingo, the country capital, 95 miles away and less than a 1 hour 45 minutes drive along the brand new scenic highway.

✓ ‘El Catey’ (AZS) on the Samana peninsula 18 miles or a 25 minute drive away.

The Atlantic Boulevard Scenic Route is the nearest motorway 3 miles away and leads both to El Catey and Santo Domingo airports.

It is not necessary to rent a car but we recommend you rent a car/quads/bikes or motorbikes in order to discover the region and to easily go to restaurants, shops and supermarkets in Las Terrenas (1.5km).

Our Property Manager has been located in Las Terrenas for over 15 years. They are very connected with locals and reliable. They can take care of logistical aspects of your stay if you wish (including transport from/to the airport).
